Products and service
Rough Cleaning (Initial Phase)
This is the first step in our cleaning process. We focus on removing construction debris, trash, and leftover materials. This phase includes sweeping and vacuuming of floors, dusting walls and ceilings, cleaning baseboards and window sills, and removing stickers from windows, doors, and appliances.
Light Cleaning (Detail Phase)
Once the initial cleaning is done, we move on to more detailed tasks. This includes washing windows (interior and sometimes exterior), dusting all surfaces including vents, fixtures, and molding, wiping down walls, doors, frames, and switch plates, cleaning cabinets (inside and out), scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms (tiles, sinks, toilets, tubs, etc.), and vacuuming and mopping floors.
Final/Touch-Up Cleaning
This is the final phase of our cleaning process. We focus on polishing surfaces (glass, stainless steel, countertops), doing a final dusting and wiping after minor punch-list repairs, ensuring the space is move-in or showcase ready, spot cleaning smudges or footprints, and HVAC vent cleaning if needed.
Specialized Services (Add-ons)
In addition to our standard cleaning services, we also offer specialized add-ons. These include carpet cleaning or steam cleaning, floor waxing, buffing, or sealing (for hardwood, tile, etc.), pressure washing (exterior walls, sidewalks), high-rise window cleaning, and air duct cleaning.
